Well folks, it would seem that love is in the air once again. It feels pretty close to home this year, given that my brother and his fiancé are getting married this weekend. I’m officiating the ceremony and have been more focused on my outfit than my speech, but I trust myself enough that it’ll all come together in short order.
Between the absolute chaos of wedding week (because you know I had to get my grubby little gay control freak hands all over this event…) I squeezed in some time for a couple last minute Valentine’s Day-friendly recipes.
Valentine’s Day may be all about chocolate and flowers for some, but it still is a winter holiday after all! I wanted to create some dinner menus that are comforting, cozy, and easy to accomplish. Plus, they’re perfect for two to share or can be scaled up for all your Galentine’s party/ long weekend needs.
